Crock Pot - Corned Beef Irish Stew

Crock Pot - Corned Beef Irish Stew

We had this Corned Beef Irish Stew on Sunday for our family dinner and SO many of you asked me for the recipe. This is SO easy to make and the cleanup is even easier! Who doesn't love a great crock pot recipe?
It is no secret though...I love healthy foods! I also love my greens. I will usually add in an extra handful of spinach, and some more cilantro to mine and blend it up into a soup....SO yummy!
Place the corned beef in the crock pot. Chop your carrots, potatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic and add it all on top.
Start adding all of your seasonings (vegetable bouillon. parsley, chili powder, turmeric, garlic powder, garlic salt, buttery garlic and herb seasoning, salt and pepper)
I don't always measure seasonings...so I am unsure exactly how much of each seasoning I used! It also depends on the amount of nutrition each of your family members need...for example: Lila needs potassium, so I add turmeric for her (turmeric is a great source of potassium)...but if you are anything like me (I do not need any potassium at all) I would suggest going light on the turmeric, I just sprinkle enough to give her some of the benefits, but also light enough for me. I would say just season to your liking! You can always add more seasoing later if needed.
Add your beef broth and water, cover and set on high for 3 hours and then low for an additional 5-8 hours. That's it!
Here is the recipe!
