This recipe is one of our kids favorites! I love recipes that are healthy, packed full of nutrients and also kid and toddler friendly! My 5 year old absolutely loves this dish!
The meatballs are a slightly altered version of our bay LED weaning meatballs...they are also toddler friendly! They literally fall apart in this recipe, and the ingredients make them super moist and tender…Perfect for babies, toddlers and younger children.
If you know me...you know that I am always trying to find a way to incorporate healthy and easy-to-eat meals into our weekly dinners, especially since my littlest one has given me more than enough choking scares. I promise this is a dish you and your family will love! It is high in protein, vitamins. healthy fats, also packed with so many nutrients!
Serve over the coconut rice, and viola! Feel free to dress this dish up as much or as little as you would like. If you have a younger baby, feel free to blend it up! I really hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
